DimitriLeatherBags delivers orders worldwide via the reliable TNT Express courier service.
All orders are dispatched every Mondays through Fridays, except weekends and holidays (please check on our holiday schedule below). This means that if you place an order on the weekend, it may be dispatched the next Monday.
For same-day dispatch, please place your online order before 11am, UK time. All orders placed from 11 am onwards are usually processed and dispatched on the next working day.
To receive your order, the TNT courier staff will require your presence and signature upon delivery. Please note that TNT Express does not deliver on Saturdays. The courier delivers orders straight to any address that is convenient for you. Simply fill out your correct shipping address in our online order form. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse and the product is in transit, you cannot change the delivery address anymore.
United Kingdom
All orders within the United Kingdom are delivered for free via TNT Express courier the next working day. Please note that deliveries to remote areas in the UK may need on extra day.
Europe (EU)
All orders are delivered free to EU countries via TNT Express courier the next working day. Deliveries to remote areas may take one extra working day.
We deliver to:
Ireland, Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta & Slovenia.
Europe (Non-EU)
For countries outside the European Union, deliver costs 40€ per item and are delivered via TNT Express courier.
We deliver to:
Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, Belarus, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Croatia, Fyrom, Serbia and the Russian Federation.
USA & Canada
All orders within the US territories and Canada are delivered via TNT Express courier, cost is 40€ per item. Delivery may take up to 48 business hours.
Australia & New Zealand
All orders are delivered via TNT courier. The cost is 40€ per item and delivery may take 3 to 4 days.
Other Parts of the World
For other parts of the world, all orders are delivered via TNT Express. Shipping fee is 40€ per item and deliver takes 2 to 7 working days.
Tax, Duty & Handling Fees Outside of EU
DimitriLeatherBags maintains that for goods which are being exported outside of the EU, viable taxes(V.A.T) will be deducted from the order. (Details will be shown on the review order page).. Please take note that all charges even those that appear in dollars include V.A.T.(Shipping costs for countries outside EU ,as they appear in this page ,don't include V.A.T.)
However, V.A.T. will be deducted from the product price(s) only once the delivery location has been selected in your shopping cart. When goods are exported outside of the EU, these countries may sometimes charge customs taxes and/or import duty fees, along with other handling charges.
Since DimitriLeatherBags has removed all viable taxes, we take no responsibility in paying these charges once the ordered items leave our warehouse. These charges are paid by the customer upon delivery of the orders.
Please get in touch with your local Customs Office for more information regarding import duties.
Tracking of Online Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, please wait for the tracking number to appear on your Accounts page in the Order History option. You can use it to check on the status of your order online, by visiting www.tnt.com and keying in the tracking number.
